Miren has been a part of the NurseLine team for over 16 years and has a wealth of knowledge and experience in customer service as well as building and maintaining relationships with all of our clients and candidates throughout Tasmania. Miren supervises NurseLine’s temporary rostering and manages the coordination and allocation of nursing staff to meet client shortfalls, including mapping and planning of block bookings and short-term contracts.

 

Miren enjoys working under pressure and can be relied on to provide high-level customer service, and finding solutions for your staffing problems.

Liz Steer

Liz is a Tasmanian born first-class health care recruitment professional who has worked across Victoria and Tasmania in major healthcare organisations for over 20 years.

 

Liz commenced her career as an Allocations Officer and has progressed through to senior management roles such as Nursing Agency Manager. This has enabled Liz to successfully achieve company objectives and deliver small-and large-scale recruitment projects. Liz runs on business tenacity with a goal driven skill set, and prides herself on her problem-solving approach towards recruitment, by finding multiple solutions to her clients and candidate’s needs. Allison Flanigan

Allison has worked in health recruitment for nearly a decade in Australia and the USA, recruiting nurses, doctors, and allied health professionals both locally and internationally.

 

Allison has a Bachelor of Accounting from the State University of New York. She is based in Hobart, recruiting permanent and long-term contract nursing, allied health, and health management roles across Tasmania. Allison has a strong passion for growing quality clinical talent locally in Tasmania and achieving better health outcomes.

Clinical Facilitator

Elizabeth Fuglsang

Elizabeth has over 15 years’ experience working as a Clinical Facilitator and Registered Nurse across government and private facilities throughout Tasmania. Elizabeth originally started working for NurseLine over 6 years ago before more recently joining the internal team to share her clinical knowledge and skills as a Clinical Facilitator. She provides mentoring and support to our nurses on site and deals with any clinical situation should an issue arise, giving assurance to our clients that we strive to maintain a level of clinical professionalism and education.

 

Elizabeth prides herself on her ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clinical healthcare professionals and demonstrates her support to all our nurses, especially when taking on new graduate nurses

Recruitment Consultant 

Ira Joseph

Recruitment and building strong business partnerships comes second nature to Ira. Ira has worked in both Accounting/Finance and the HR Industry in Australia. She has a Master’s in Commerce (Human Resource Management) from The Swinburne University of Technology, and a Master’s in Professional Accounting from Federation University Melbourne.

Ira moved from Melbourne to Tasmania where she is based in Hobart. She is focussed on recruiting for permanent roles in Allied Health, Health and Accounting and Finance.

 

Ira is a strong consulting professional who understands both client and candidate needs and will endeavour to connect the right people to the right role

Kascha Barbari

Kascha is a sales professional with over a decade of customer service experience.  Kascha has a strong background in the hospitality and sales industry and has worked in various positions and roles across several industries varying from Telstra (ASX) to Banjo's Corporate. Kascha has sound experience in Employment Services and has a passion for maintaining customer satisfaction and helping others. She is passionate about finding the right candidate for the right client and being a support system for those who are transitioning into work or returning back into the workforce.

 

Kascha is highly motivated and is passionate about improving health outcomes for all Tasmanians and working for Nurseline provides a great opportunity to achieve this.

Placement Co-ordinator

Sharyn Brett

Sharyn has over 8 years’ experience scheduling and allocating shifts for acute and aged care shifts across multiple facilities throughout Tasmania.

 

Sharyn’s key focus is to provide her clients with work-ready EN’s and RN’s and does so by continuing to build and maintain her relationships with her extensive database of nurses.

 

She operates in a timely and highly professional manner to get the job done!
